Add pistachios to your pizza toppings
Roll out your pizza crust and spread extra virgin olive oil.
Add goat cheese, red onions, pistachio nuts and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 15 mins. Serve with fresh rocket and ground black pepper.
